Seeker - Slam Dunkel Munich Dark Lager BB24 find new favourites"A traditional dark lager from Munich, built on Voyager Atlas and Munich malts, with SM40 and chocolate wheat adding gentle caramel and subtle cocoa depth. Soft bread crust, light toffee and a smooth, rounded malt profile lead the way. Fermented with Mogwai Labs' Augustiner strain for a clean, classic finish, with Hallertau Mittelfrh providing balance and a restrained noble bitterness."
